Good points

• Has almost all of the extras its more expensive cousins have in the Proform family but at a much lower starting price
• Extremely well priced but it's on sale at the sub $800 price range
• Decent quality with a decent warranty

Bad points

• warranty could be extended by one more year to attest to its quality and it would make this treadmill a real knockout

• On paper, this is probably one of the best treadmills by Proform considering the price. It's definitely one of the more aggressively priced treadmills in Proform's lineup. However, one has to wonder if this this too good of a deal to be true.

The Proform 780 CS comes with a standard 20” by 55” belt powered by a 2.25 CHP motor. The incline is from 0% to 12% which is pretty much standard for treadmills in this price range. You’ll probably be better off using the EKG Heart rate monitor if you want to know if your workout is getting to hit your optimal heart rate zones. The quickspeed keys and quick incline keys help get you to your optimal heart rate zones.

This 780 CS is beautifully designed with aesthetics in mind with a grafixx display right next to the workout fans, the universal ipod docks (for playing music) and the workout fan.
