Good points

• slight improvements to the regular "A.C.T" version of the elliptical in almost area
• comes with a wireless heart rate strap
• adjustable stride lengths that are longer than most ellipticals as well (18",20" and 22")
• preinstalled workout programs and additional iFit workout  programs available=variety

Bad points

• overpriced at retail and probably over priced if you're paying more than a thousand and change for it

Comments

• The Nordictrack A.C.T Elliptical Plus belongs to the so called "commercial" line of home ellipticals. Whether this elliptical holds up as well as the ones you find in your local fitness center, time will tell but if you're looking for quality, this elliptical is as good as any. Unfortunately, unless this elliptical is on sale, it's prohibitively expensive. For $1000 or less, it would be an excellent deal but you probably wont' see that too often.

The CoolAire Workout Fan is also an added feature which you can adjust on your preferred setting. It keeps you comfortable even in the most intense workout. The ERS (Electromagnetic Resistance System) feature actually generates power to the console so you can place the compact ACT Plus almost anywhere.
