• The $999 Nordictrack E7.1 is your typical offering from Nordictrack. We used the word "typical" because everything you find here is pretty typical of what's being offered. There aren't a decent number of built in workout trails (20), the stride length at 18"-20" would fit most users, it comes with incline and resistance so different parts of your body would be trained, etc. Though decent, nothing to write home about. If you're a casual user, the Nordictrack E7.1 is not a bad choice at all but anything beyond that, we can't give you our seal of approval.

Start targeting those glutes and hamstrings by the adding incline height with Adjusting Stride Length choosing 18” to 20” Adjustable Stride Length. If you’d lower the incline, the stride length will shorten but the pressure will focus on the quads and calves.

More intensity features! The 10° to 30° Intensity Stride Power Ramp™ allows changing of incline of the elliptical at different angles, from 10° to 30°. This option targets the calves, quads, and glutes to inflict more action and achieve quicker results.

If you increase the resistance level further upwards, the amount of calories burned will also shoot up. Combine speed with resistance and you’ll finally know how it feels to push yourself too high and too far!
