Good points

• Reasonable starting retail price and an awesome deal when it goes on sale (in some cases as low as $500)
• Would not lose in the number of features to other more expensive models
• Spacesaver design
• Audio capable
• Carb counter to see how many calories in carbohydrates you've burned

Bad points

• Only one stride length
• Fewer built-in workouts than the other ellipticals but compensated by iFit card technology

• Though this elliptical won't win any awards when it comes to elliptical construction quality, the one thing that the Nordictrack E5 Si has going for it is value. Even at the starting retail price, it's usually not that much off compared to the best buys in their price range but when it goes on sale for about $600 to $700, it's probably the best buy. When it sells for $500, it's an awesome deal. If you're just a casual user, you'd be pleasantly surprised by this elliptical.

When not in use, it folds up in 1 easy step at the base so it saves your home space.
