Good points

• lots of workout programs
• stride length range is good
• incline ramp range (10 to 30 degrees) is greater than most

Bad points

• though it's one of the higher priced models that Proform is selling, its quality is probably not as good as the other brands

• The Proform 890E is a new 2010 model. Compared to the 790E, the 890 E offers slight improvements in the ramp and stride length and its MSRP is $999 which is surprisingly, $300 less than the 790E. At the time of review, this elliptical is not on sale but we would think that it could sell for as little as $699 which would make a pretty good, and probably one of the best deals depending on the price of the other ellipticals.
