Good points

• able to make use of the iFit feature which gives you access to more than the 10 default programs horsepower rating of motor indicates it is sufficient to power the average sized treadbelt exterior appearance of the console and the base is above average decent max user weight capacity suggesting it's of a little higher quality than usual folds

Bad points

• another typical case of a short parts and labor warranty at 90 days max incline should be more than 10% this treadmill has been around for a while and newer models from this company offers more bonus features with comparable or better specs

One of the coolest features of the Image Advanced 1400 Treadmill is its iFit Technology. iFit Interactive Personal Training combines fitness equipment and modern technology with interactive CDs, videos, and MP3s that can be ordered by phone or directly off the Internet. Each iFit workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill, while providing motivational music and coaching from a Certified Personal Trainer.

It has 10 Built-in Workouts that you can use to suit your fitness needs. The 6 Personal Trainer workouts is designed to automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, while each focusing on an aerobic, weight-loss or performance goal. The 2 Heart Rate workouts will help you stay in your target heart rate zone by increasing or lowering the speed when you need to raise or lower your heart rate. Or you can also take advantage of the 2 Create & Save workouts which give you the ability to create and customize a workout and then save it for future use.

The Advanced 1400 also comes with a ClearView Display Screen, CoolAire Fan, and SpaceSaver Design. It also has a patented feature which visually displays your workout's progress in the form of a 1-mile track, keeping you informed, while adding motivation to your workout. It has the Velocity Pro 2.25 CHP Commercial Drive and a 19" x 55" Quiet Treadbelt.
