The 4 heart rate workouts help you stay in your target heart rate and the other 4 learn workouts give you the ability to create and customize a workout and then save it for future use. It also has a built-in intensity meter that uses your personal information combined with the speed and incline of your incline trainer to determine your workout's level of intensity displaying the results in a simple multi-colored light meter.
