Good points

• iPod compatible so you can listen to music that plays directly from your treadmill cushioning system helps reduce negative impacts to your treadmill compared to running outside on the pavement
• 15 workout programs is a generous number for a treadmill in this price range
• motor and frame warranty is lifetime

Bad points

• the CardioGrip heart rate monitor may not be accurate
• weight of the machine is 190 lbs so runners heavier than the machine may not feel the treadmill is stable enough to run on
• potential problems with the motor that may not be sufficiently powered to power the belt parts warranty is short at 1 year
• no fans
