iFit compatible so you can pretty much have access to an unlimited number of workout programs the cushioning is adjustable so you can fine tune your running surface to suit your needs belt is spacious at 20X60 but you should probably come to expect this as this Nordictrack is on the high end of the price spectrum motor is of a decent strength at 2.75 CHP folds 350 lb weight capacity and weighs 215 lbs itself so you can expect it to be a relatively stable run

lacks a few luxury features such as air fans or music player doesn't seem to come with any default programs so you're going need to rely on iFit for a treadmill that's well north of $1500, a one year parts warranty is too skimpy
