Good points

• Sale price of $699 is more than justified
• Max incline and max speed are where they should be
• Comes with pretty much all the extra features you need short of a built-in TV and wireless heart rate monitor strap
• 15 built-in workout programs is on the high end
• Built-in workout programs is further complimented with iFit workout card technology for even more variation in your workouts

Bad points

• Console looks average by Nordictrack standards
• Rollers are on the small end
• Does not fold

• At the time of review, this treadmill was further discounted by 5% from the "sale" price so you can get the Nordictrack Z7Xi for as low as $664 which is just a fantastic deal. Unfortunately, those 5% site wide sale days don't happen very often. But even at the "normal" sale price of $699, this treadmill is probably one of the best overall deals available in the sub $1000 price range. Not only are you getting all the bells and whistles that you would normally find in any Nordictrack treadmill, you're getting it at a great price too. So what are you waiting for? In 2009, this is about as good as it gets.
