the upper arms that help you exercise your upper body is not a common feature found in treadmills (hence the CROSSwalk name)
treadmill exterior is comparable to those that are in a higher price class
price is pretty low for a treadmill that's motorized
Bad Points
the "walk" in crossWALK means you use it for WALKING, not jogging, not running
the belt is extremely small and only measures 17"x50" so even if you want to jog or run, you're likely going to feel extremely uncomfortable
motor warranty and parts and labour warranty is about as short as it gets which basically means it's a treadmill that can't take a whole lot of punishment
motor has a pathetic horsepower rating which could spell an early death for this treadmill if the user is heavy or if it's going to be used a lot
the treadmill looks nice and for only $500 or less, it's likely to have tempted a lot of buyers but don't let it tempt you if you're going to be using it for anything more than occasional walking
