Good points

• at a price well above $500, there's nothing that should tempt you to buy it (this is a pro because you won't get suckered into buying it)

• small belt and small motor not much information about the treadmill but the belt/motor combination and the price alone is enough to determine that this is not worth spending money on

The ProForm Sport 1000 Folding Treadmill gives you 6 Personal Trainer Workouts and 2 Heart Rate Workouts. The 6 Personal Trainer Workouts automatically adjust the incline and speed of your treadmill, each based on an aerobic, weight-loss or performance goal. The 2 heart rate workouts also helps you stay in your target heart rate zone by increasing or lowering the speed when you need to raise or lower your heart rate.

Like any Proform treadmill, the Sport 1000 Folding Treadmill also offers the Dual-Grip EKG Heart Rate Monitor that lets you stay in your target heart rate zone with the grip heart rate monitor. Just grip the handlebars in front of the console for a heart rate reading while you workout.

It also offers a 0-10 mph Speed and 0-10% Power Incline. It has a large, green-tinted LCD Console that shows your speed, time, distance, pace, incline, calories burned and pulse. This console also has a 5x7 workout matrix that displays your workout graphically. This treadmill that's driven by a 1.75 HP motor has a good 10 year motor warranty.
