Good points

• the treadmill belt is a decent size
• console looks fantastic
• many people will find this treadmill heavy which is good but note that there are much sturdier and heavier treadmills available
• one year parts warranty is more generous than usual from Proform

Bad points

• motor needs to be more powerful
• very few programs to workout to (six)
• no distinguishing features to set itself apart
