This treadmill has a unique Motivational RaceTrack feature that visually displays how far you are going with your workout in the form of a 1/4-mile track. It keeps you informed if you are achieving your goal and at the same time keeps you motivated. It has 4 Personal Trainer Workouts so you can focus on aerobic, weight-loss or performance goals with just the adjustment of the speed and incline.

There are 3 incline positions specifically 1.5%, 4.5%, and 7% that lets you speed up burning those calories. This treadmill's deck is also designed to reduce impact on your joints by as much as 15% compared to when running outdoors. The ComfortCell Cushioning also protects your ankles with every step and lessens the strain on your joints.

It has a Heart Rate Monitor so you can get an accurate reading through the built-in thumb sensors. The attractive LCD display is also an added feature that gives you information on your speed, time, distance, calories, and pulse. It lets you keep track of your progress whether you are achieving your workout goal or not.
